We ship to The USA and Canada. There is no tax on American orders. Canadian orders pay 7% GST. No duty or import tax for anywhere in North America.
Delivery
KORE products are shipped from our warehouse by ground delivery service to arrive 10 to 14 days after receipt of the order. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by phone or email (if available).
Please note that items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. We will ship items so that they arrive in the least possible time. Items shipped outside North America to foreign countries require a quote from our shipping department. If you are ordering from overseas, please contact us about shipping charges.
If you are paying by check or money order, please allow about one week for these items to clear before we ship.
Customers can request rush delivery at an additional cost. You will be notified of the additional cost by e-mail before we process your order.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with a KORE purchase for any reason, you may return the unopened product within 30 days of the purchase date. We will refund your payment minus shipping fees once you have returned the unopened item to us. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
BEFORE retuning the item(s) please contact us to get a return authorization number (RAN). Returns will not be accepted without a RAN.
Note that this guarantee is not a warranty- its is our way of making sure you get exactly what you expect. In the case that your item does not perform acceptably, most of our items come with a manufacturer's warranty (given in each product's description), and we will honour this fully. Please contact us first for a return authorization number (RAN) and then send us the defective product. Shipping is the customer's expense.
